All shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out. However, free shipping is available within Canada with a purchase of over $100!

International packages may be subject to additional shipping fees such as handling, import, or tax fees which are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility to cover. 

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Toronto within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our studio. Orders within Canada will arrive within 3-9 business days. Please keep in mind delays can occur due to COVID-19.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to team@wilocandles.com within 4 days of arrival. 

You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase if you end up not loving the scent, or if the product is somehow damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. The exchange/return process must be started within 14 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a new candle(s) will be sent to you within 3-4 business days if the returned item(s) has been approved. 

We recommend for our customers to always trim their wicks before lighting their candles and to not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Always burn candles within sight and keep away from anything that may catch fire.
